About me

Carly Morgan is Executive Assistant to Paul Meeks and as such, is heavily involved in the Sales Department, supporting the Director and making sure she stays one step ahead of him at all times. Carly has 22 years experience in the service industry, with Covid leading her to try her hand in real estate, and she hasn’t looked back. Carly’s skill set has allowed her to transition into the real estate industry with ease and confidence. She has become a valued team member within the Meeks Real Estate business, enjoying building strong relationships with buyers, sellers and all the clients she is involved with.

Each day is different for Carly and this is just one of the many things she loves about her job, as well as attending client appointments alongside Paul and supporting all areas of the sales department. One of her favourite parts of her job is the joy it gives when a buyers offer is accepted and an owner secures a purchaser- ‘it can be such a life changing decision buying and selling real estate and some people only transact one home in a lifetime. I’m so privileged to be a part of that.’

Carly is a born and bred Novocastrian and mum to a young family, who feels lucky to be working with such a great team of like minded people, who genuinely care about their clients and who work hard to achieve great outcomes.
