About me

Renae Healey is the Operations Manager of Meeks, and responsible for the smooth running of every aspect of the business, from property management to staff training and recruitment, marketing, accounting, keeping abreast of industry legislation and ensuring that best practice processes are in place to optimise customer service. Her role is pivotal to the development of a cohesive team and a workplace culture that cares – not only about customers, but about each other. A licensed agent, she has worked in real estate for over 14 years, entering the industry as a Property Officer before diversifying through to other areas of real estate including Business Development Manager and is now overseeing and building a strong & successful business alongside Paul.

Renae is proud that Meeks is an organic business that has been built on word of mouth and referrals, highlighting an excellent & positive reputation within the industry. Renae operates an agency that employs people based on shared core values and cultural fit, crediting the Meeks positive work environment to these attributes. She enjoys training and supporting her staff to be the best they can be and ensures that there are many opportunities to grow both professionally & personally.

Having lived in Lake Macquarie for the past 6 years with her young family, Renae is a busy working mum who loves living near the water & the lifestyle that it has to offer. Her husband and children thoroughly enjoy being part of the extended Meeks family, so much so her daughter works in the office of a weekend and school holidays.
